pad for parking your vehicle or snowmobile trailer just down from
the drive! Ideal for Yellowstone snowmobiling.
Wyoming and Union Pass Rd are known for
it's snowmobiling. There are hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails
along the Continental Divide. The cabin is located right on Union
Pass with snowmobile trails practically at your door step. You will
be able to leave the cabin on snowmobile and be able to explore
hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails.
There are snowmobile businesses located
just up the road from this Yellowstone snowmobile lodging cabin. You
can rent or bring your own snowmobile and leave at right at the
cabin. Come and enjoy great Wyoming yellowstone

Policies:
We have a 90 day cancellation policy for monthly rentals.
You have up to 90 days before arrival date to cancel and
receive a full refund. Within 90 days and after rental has started
there will be no refund for unused days. All refunds for monthly
rentals are less $100.00 service charge.
There is a no smoking policy and no pets inside cabin and
will be strickly enforced. Any violations will result in a $500.00
charge.
We have the right to cancel a reservation at any time for any
reason. If our pet or smoking policy are broken, we can cancel your
remaining stay at the cabin.\
We strongly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles during all times of
the year. You are responsible for all charges and expenses if you
get in an accident or get stuck and have to be towed , and all
expenses that may occur due to any damages. Please note that you are
responsible for your own personal safety and your own personal
property and that you are responsible for all charges and expenses
for damages or injuries that may occur from driving, walking, etc.

to ice, rain, or snow. Please watch for snow falling off the

Monthly rentals require a refundable $350.00 damage deposit and a
$300.00 utility deposit.
